The Client EMAAR Misr has awarded the Contract to HOMAN Group for the Marassi marina project, in Sidi Abel Rahman Resort Community, Mediterranean North Coast – Egypt. Acting on behalf of final client, Meridian Port Service Limited (Mps), China Harbour Engineering Company Limited (CHEC) has used the ACCROPODE™ II technology to protect the main breakwater of the new port and called on the services of CLI in order to ensure the successful implementation of this major construction project.
The ACCROPODE™ II armour layer works on the breakwater of the new Deep Water Port of Kuantan should be completed by the end of the year by the joint venture IJM-CHEC.
Nearly 100,000 CORE-LOC™ units have been place on the breakwaters.
